Established in the year 1981 as a proprietary concern by Sri K.Vijayakumar.
With the advancement of activities, it was subsequently converted into a Partnership Firm.
Presently, the firm is functioning under the leadership of two partners, namely:

The firm is having more than 40 years of experience and expertise in assignments relating to Audit of Public Sector Undertakings and Banks. Also, the firm has vast experience in the Internal Audit as well as Statutory Audit of Companies, Partnership firms and Proprietary concerns engaged in Trading, Manufacturing and Service activities. Apart from the above, we also provide Tax Consultancy, Management Consultancy etc.
CA K.VIJAYAKUMAR, B.COM, FCA
He is the founder of the concern established in the year 1981 and continuing his association as Managing Partner of the Firm. He graduated in B Com from Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur.
He is having more than 40 years of professional experience in the field of Bank Audit, Corporate Audit, Management Consultancy and Taxation matters and has also qualified Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks by ICAI.
CA ASWATHY C V, B.COM, FCA
Being the daughter in law of the Founder partner, she is associated with the firm since 2015 and is specialized in Statutory Audit of Companies, Partnership Firms, Trusts and Co-operative Societies. She is also proficient in Concurrent Audit of Banks.
She graduated in B Com from St. Josephs College, Irinjalakuda and has also qualified Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks by ICAI.
She has served as a Senior Associate in Assurance Team with Ernst and Young, one of the “Big Four” auditing firms worldwide.
